We offer small group classes led by trainers who will motivate you along with the other athletes to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. It's not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time.

Their expertise allows us to provide a safe and fun learning environment for people of all ages. Whether you’re looking to get back into shape or you have an extensive athletic background, our coaches strive to include everyone in a great workout from the most scaled back and simplified version to the most elite level.
Our classes last 60 minutes and include a group warm-up, mobility work, workout explanation and demonstration by our coaches, the workout itself, along with a cool down period. We will strive to make your visit to TEKTON CROSSFIT the best hour of your day!
