BURN is a 60 minute class that is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple body weight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout, lasting 40 minutes. BURN is excellent for overall fitness by itself, but is also a great mixed in with our more strength biases CrossFit classes. BURN is open to everyone. No experience required.
