FUNDAMENTALS

Fundamentals is a two hour prep course teaching the basics of CrossFit. Each session involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success! Previous CrossFit experience or completion of this course is required to participate in CrossFit WOD classes.
